This Privacy Policy explains how Seyme collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our app. Seyme is designed to help users create structured, share-ready content and related summaries based on user-entered information and optional uploads. We are committed to minimizing data collection, protecting user privacy, and limiting the use of data to the purposes described in this policy.

By using Seyme, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described below, including on our internal servers for app functionality, content generation, history display, and related support operations.

Section B – AI Processing

All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. We do NOT send user-uploaded content or user-generated content to external AI providers.

Any uploaded content or input data used for processing is handled only for the purpose of generating the requested app output. Temporary processing data is deleted after the processing task is completed. We do NOT use user data for AI training, model fine-tuning, benchmarking for external systems, or any unrelated purpose.

Section C – Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app and the features you request.

• Uploaded content: Deleted after processing is completed, unless needed for the specific result you choose to save in your history.
• Generated results: Stored in your history so you can view them again, copy, share, or delete them at any time.
• Temporary processing data: Deleted after the processing task is complete.
• Crash logs: Retained for up to 12 months for reliability, debugging, and security purposes.
• Support messages: Retained for up to 6 months after resolution, unless a longer period is required to address an ongoing issue or legal obligation.

You may delete saved results from your history whenever you choose, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.

Section D – Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Seyme after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

Section E – Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide: Account details if applicable, uploaded images, entered text, captions, notes, settings, feedback, and support messages.
• User-generated content: Content you create, save, or submit within the app, including generated outputs stored in your history.
• Automatically collected information: Device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and basic usage signals needed to operate and improve the app.
• Cookies and similar technologies: If applicable in web-based or embedded experiences, we may use cookies or similar tools for essential functionality, preferences, and session management.

Section F – How We Use Information

We use information only for limited business and product purposes, including:

• Providing app features and generating results you request.
• Storing and displaying your saved history.
• Maintaining security, debugging, and reliability.
• Responding to support inquiries and feedback.
• Operating billing, purchase status, and access controls where applicable.

We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT use your information for profiling. We do NOT sell your information. We do NOT use your information for AI training or model optimization.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to the limitations of features that require certain data to function.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your saved data or account-related information, where applicable.
• Export: Request a portable copy of certain data, where supported.

Section H – Children's Privacy

Seyme is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If we learn that a user under 17 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Section I – Face Data / Biometric Information

Seyme does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face-template creation. We do NOT identify individuals from facial data and we do NOT build or store biometric profiles.

If an image is uploaded, it is processed only for the app feature you requested and is deleted after processing, except where you choose to save the resulting content in your history.

Section J – Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data.

All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.

We may use a limited number of third-party service providers only for cloud storage, server hosting, security, and basic infrastructure operations. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.

Section K – Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, restricted internal access, monitoring, and secure development practices.

No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we work to reduce risk and to respond promptly to security concerns.
